What you'll be doing

Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the clinical and operational function of an assigned region to ensure quality, cost effective a multidisciplinary staff provides home care. Responsible for the administration of the clinical service of the home care agency and ensure compliance with regulatory, reimbursement, licensure and accreditation standard. Coordinate the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Organize and coordinate all clinical function and service delivery to provide for a smooth, cost efficient operation. Demonstrate competence in the application of principle of management. Conduct staff meeting and promote staff development through education, performance evaluation, and identification of mutual goal that enhance continued professional growth.

What your background should be

Current NC RN licensure with 5 years RN nursing experience as well as progressive management experience. 2 years of experience in home care preferred. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulation preferred. Current NC driving license required. Basic life support for healthcare provider from AHA required. Ability to operate computer and general office equipment; effective verbal and written English communication.

Required Schooling / Training

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
