What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining the relationship with the customer and temporary employee through best in class service. Working with the support of corporate and shared service staff, the supervisor will have a broad range of responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to working with customer hiring manager to understand staffing need, facilitating the process to acquire temporary staff, and then ensuring the need filled timely and with competent and qualified employee. The individual will need to understand and be able to speak to the customer process, procedure, and policy. In addition, they will be held accountable for meeting and exceeding the overall level of service delivery at location.

What your background should be

Two years recruiting, staffing or vendor management experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrate experience in screening, hiring, orienting, training, assigning, and managing temporary employee. Must also be able to market candidate to hiring manager and negotiate salary rate. Must be able to function in complex and matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong problem solving and decision making skills required. Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in human resources or related field.
