What you'll be doing
- Assist with the development of division strategy and product development of clinical service department. Evaluate facility need and create action plan to improve operational and clinical performance. Pursue current innovative information and serve as a resource for national best practice and benchmark. Assist with monitoring and improvement of core measure. Assist with research, planning and the implementation of new service and special project. Support regional business development strategy related to nurse leader networking and outreach. Provide opportunity for medical and nursing director to network and collaborate with hospital nationwide. Adhere to all company policy and procedure, perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Applicant must have current state medical license without restrictions to practice and free of sanctions from Medicaid or Medicare. Good inter personal communication (verbal and written) skills, collaborative ability, and ability to influence physicians positively. Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers.
