What you'll be doing

Develop and implement new revenue opportunity to support business growth. Owning and driving order backlog, service revenue and managing other variable cost. Ensure the execution of repeatable process. Building and sustaining an installed based customer strategy in support of the sale and service channel. Managing and minimizing customer escalation. Maintaining strong relationship with the cross functional leader. Deliver executive presentation to provide insight and understanding of customer issue and status to senior management and customer. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable environment, health and safety and regulatory policy and procedure.

What your background should be

Five to eight years of management experience or leadership and service experience. Previous customer relationship management experience. Demonstrated ability to carry on multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill. Exceptional interpersonal skill. Ability to develop and execute multiple priority and approach to meet objective.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree
