What you'll be doing
- Delivery of nursing practice according to the evidence based research, nursing policy and standard of care to provide and ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient centered care. Ongoing communication with patient, nursing colleague and other member of the health care team regarding patient status, rendered care, education and treatment plan. Medication administration and titration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology designed to ensure the safest delivery of medication to patient. Patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness, disease management, and end of life care.
What your background should be
- One-year critical care experience required. Current and valid New Jersey nursing license is required. BSN is strongly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Strong interpersonal skill.
