Manager

What you'll be doing: Lead and support business development activity including identification, proposal development and other pursuit activity. Manage and support delivery of advisory service to client, primarily with service related to project, program, or portfolio management. Manage engagement according to the financial cost management policy. Develop, define, and deliver advisory methodology for project. Maintain program or portfolio management services. Manage and mentor junior advisory staff and adhere to professional practice requirement. Manage small to medium sized team delivering large business transformation project. Perform other task as assigned.

What your background should be: Ten years of experience with project, program, or portfolio management. Experience with business development, solution development, project program management, and project delivery. Experience with managing a performance practice management team. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
