What you'll be doing

Complete store operational requirement by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work result. Maintain store staff by assisting in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employee. Maintain store staff job result by coaching, counseling and disciplining employee; planning, monitoring and appraising job result. Maintain operation by coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policy and procedure. Identify current and future customer requirement by establishing rapport with potential and actual customer and other person in a position to understand service requirement. Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining optimal inventories.

What your background should be

Two or more years of retail management experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadline. Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skill. Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree.
