What you'll be doing

Provide work direction and train team member and other user as needed to assure work is completed using proper process. Use knowledge and experience to serve as liaison and consultant providing feedback that affect specification and decision activity. Serve as specification representative for project team. Complete various specification audit and monitor engineering change to ensure data integrity and uniformity. Coordinate and delegates inter factory decision changes. Facilitate required multi discipline meeting, record, publish meeting minute, and work closely with other affected stakeholder to establish a consistent pattern for adopting specification.

What your background should be

Looking for good analyzer of data, engineering background with experience in bill of material, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. SharePoint experience is a plus. Strong leadership skill. Ability to work independently and meet deadline. Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office, Word, and Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent oral and written communication skill. Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent.
