Mens Associate

What you'll be doing: The staff supervisor is responsible for supporting the store team in a supervisory leadership capacity. The staff supervisor will work closely with the store management team to ensure all initiatives are completed within deadline while ensuring the team delivers high quality customer service and drives sales. The staff supervisor will provide appropriate guidance to ensure the store is operating efficiently, input to associates and management regarding practices and policy administration as well as effectively communicate issues and concerns. Positively demonstrate the companies core values by developing trust and respect among peers and management, working in teams and partnering with others through collaborative work ethics. Drive business results by placing a high priority on detail, accuracy and influence to successfully complete store tasks and initiatives. Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism as a model for associates.

What your background should be: The candidate should have experience in related field. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and teach those behaviors. Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to the work force. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation, as well as maintenance of records and documentation pertaining to work force. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
