What you'll be doing

In this inside sales representative role, you will focus on maximizing each customer order in terms of volume of product and price to ensure the equipment is delivered on time and the customer is impressed with the services. You will work with customers to sell and facilitate rental equipment agreements. You will negotiate the original order, maximize rate and volume, and obtain full details of the customer. You will also check customers accounts or obtain credit application for new customers. You will finalize details about when, where, and what equipment is required and check availability of equipment with shop. You will also record details of call in phone log and process cash rentals, complete identity checks, obtaining prepayment and deposit if required, checking to see if additional equipment is on rent to customer.

What your background should be

To qualify for this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with management and customers, as well as the following requirements; 1+ years of rental industry experience, preferred valid driving license. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, crouch, and kneel.
