What your background should be

Minimum 4-5 years experience in same or field or market related position. Logistics/supply chain/ltl transportation background recommended. Ability to meet or exceed goals. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, independent contractors, supervisors and the general public requiring courtesy, discretion and sound judgment. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently, effectively with minimal supervision and as a member of a team, making quality, on-demand decisions.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelors degree in business or logistics.
