What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible for the execution of human resource process and activity within the software engineering function. The selected candidate will partners with leader as a coach and architect on topic including organizational effectiveness and change, talent management, organizational learning and development, performance management, compensation and employee relation. Additionally, through partnership with other human resource leader, business partner, and generalist across statistical analysis system, this position will provide leadership and support in the execution of strategic human resource initiative such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.

What your background should be

Six or more years of progressive human resource experience in the area of employee relation, compensation, benefit, talent management, staffing and organizational effectiveness. Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor and compliance requirement. Strong business acumen and understanding of the human resource strategic partnership in driving business result. Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail organization and follow up skill. Must have strong communication skill to include verbal, written, and interpersonal skill.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
