What you'll be doing

Maintains business and technical requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Conducts requirements walkthroughs with the business leads. This position Interacts extensively with business and systems stakeholders. Leads joint application development (JAD) sessions. Translates customer needs into well-specified project requirements. Develops and document business and technical requirements. Develops work flow diagrams and user interface mock-ups. Develops and maintains requirements traceability matrix (RTM). Studies COTS product and develops customization requirements. Prepares detailed specifications on which customizations and systems interfaces are based. Participates in system feasibility, proposals, design and integration. Researches and solves user problems by analyzing existing systems. Writes high level test plan for the business, functional and system requirements. Manages junior business and systems analysts. Contributes to employee performance evaluations. Participates in software quality assurance.

What your background should be

Must have 10-12 years of related work experiences. Experience in case management and business process management (BPM) application development using COTS products. Experience in developing business and technical requirements in an agile environment. Expertise in business process modeling and data modeling. Experience providing IT applications development and systems implementation services to federal customers.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree or equivalent.
