What you'll be doing

Write and deliver quarterly check-ins, individual development plans, and annual performance review for team. Address poor performance. Initiates, administers, and follow up on corrective action. Set, monitor, and follow up on productivity goals for store team. Ensure service, merchandising, and operational standards met through company-defined practices and processes. Monitor, maintain, and follow company policies and procedures. Accountable for meeting store compliance audit requirements. Drive operational excellence through the implementation of company-defined practices and processes; monitor results and productivity through company reporting; correct/adjust plans accordingly to deliver results. Actively participate in store walk through with store manager and market leader to ensure the consistency and quality of service and operational execution. Responsible for effective talent selection, training, coaching, motivating, and recognizing. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel. Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room. Passionate about apparel trends, specialty retail environments, people customers and team. Demonstrates the training, sales generation, leadership, authentic customer service, conflict management, business acumen, time management, planning, priority setting, decision quality, ability to coach, provide feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication and computer proficiency.
