Global Transformation Manager

What you'll be doing: The organization is looking for a global transformation manager to provide strategic direction and oversees the transformation processes in the international payroll operations. This position requires the ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships across the HR, legal, tax, benefits, compensation, it and finance organizations. He/she will be responsible of overseeing issues tracking, issues resolution, define project escalation procedures, implement risk management processes and execute the communication strategy on a regular basis with all level stakeholders. Evaluate and report overall effectiveness of projects through periodic communications, work unit and benchmark metrics reports and analysis, identify and act on improvement opportunities, innovate services and apply best practices, and implement and leverage technology to improve operation and maximize process efficiency. Drive & manage corporate cost efficacy initiatives & objectives. Conduct weekly/daily team meetings with project teams. Conduct regular issues/risk management sessions and manage timely resolution. Establish a working partnership with the vendor global process and transformation manager.

What your background should be: The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in payroll or human resources. Excellent communication skills. Good command of written and spoken in English. Demonstrated previous working experience in virtual team environments. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Experience in managing multiple schedules understanding the use of dependencies, resourcing and critical path. Good knowledge on all MS productivity tools (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.) and SAP experience.
