Quote Project Manager

What you'll be doing: Assist sales in determine the overall quote strategy. Be responsible for ensure accurate, timely and competitive response to customer quotation. Plan, implement and oversee all activity related to the quotation process including the preparation and coordination of request for quotation (RFQ) for material component, subassembly and or service based on quote requirement received from various department within the organization. Review, analyze and approve quotation for content and oversee the preparation of complete cost analysis. Ensure that adequate resource are allocated to the quote activity. Coordinate quoting activity including multi site/multi regional quotation. Set up and facilitate the kick off call, follow up call and track all result activity. Drive issue resolution with internal and external customer. Manage communication and information flow between site, sales, region and customer. Keep clear and accurate record of all quotation and customer documentation. Receive, review and distribute all quotation material to the team. Coordinate and collect all final quotation component. Be responsible for watch technology trend and prepare cost reduction and other business recommendation based on those trend. Manage relationship with external customer and other internal department such as business development to ensure cost effectiveness for the business and the customer.

What your background should be: 4-7 years working experience. Excellent verbal and written skills. Be able to communicating effectively with co workers, subordinates, superiors and others sufficiently to exchange or convey information. Quoting and business case modeling also a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
