What you'll be doing

The position is responsible for the merchandising. Fulfilment and BOPS process as well as achieving sales plan by ensuring proper product placement and flow of new receipt. Create an enhanced shopping experience and support the selling process by levering relationship throughout the store in order to attend to the customer. Other operational duty is floor move, replenishment, inventory, shortage control, stockroom organization, and merchandising. The team schedule is designed to allow company to staffing during key event and peak selling time and allow flexibility to maintain current responsibility while earning extra money and enjoying a retail discount of up to 20%. Assist customer in all aspect of service fulfilment by demonstrating proficient use of proprietary device and application. Pro actively create enhanced shopping experience through the heightened use of tools, technology and collaboration Process merchandise to floor ready standard and assist the merchandise team lead with the placement of merchandise on the sales floor place product to appeal to customer preference. Maintain high customer readiness standard by delivering a clean, neat, easy to shop store environment communicate issue to manager and or merchandise team lead regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Perform other duty as assigned.

What your background should be

Ability to interpret instructional document such as safety rule, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manual. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Comfortable with the use of computer and frequent use of RF equipment. Able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skill are required.
