What you'll be doing
- Provide direct care assistance to individuals with disabilities, in a community based setting. Candidate facilitate the implementation of individual service plans and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff training, scheduling and oversight. Candidate support to individual receiving services, includes, assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning and personal care. The position also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
What your background should be
- 3 years related work experience. Valid driving license in good standing car registration and vehicle insurance. Successful clearance of local and/or state background. Supervisory experience are preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree in special education or equivalent preferred.
