What you'll be doing

The organization is currently looking for a field trainer. Instruct and demonstrate customer service in all positions throughout the store. Develop and train staff for new unit openings. Work positions in store during opening process with store manager. Deliver any supplies or equipment as needed to new stores. New store opening follow up with operators. Apply and enforce company policies and procedures. Instruct and demonstrate proper food safety in stores. Instruct and demonstrate methods and systems for all equipment in store. Instruct and demonstrate methods of cleaning by using systems in store. Instruct and demonstrate delivery of quality food to all guests. Certify and document trainees progress through out the training process.

What your background should be

Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory, management or training environment. Ability to communicate clearly with a large group. Ability to train and demonstrate positional skills. Ability to work with and follow instruction from various departments. Ability to work in a team setting with other trainers in a store environment. Ability to be away from home and travel for extended periods of time. Ability to use and instruct the use of computers and POS system.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma.
