What you'll be doing

Primary contact for all business areas utilizing or interfacing to loan service and other third party applications used for mortgage servicing. Monitor multiple application queues and emails to provide prompt responses and a high-level of customer service to the needs of internal customers (business units and investors). Interact effectively with third party vendors, suppliers, and numerous government and private regulatory agencies. Escalate to the appropriate channels when necessary. Accept and handle on call requirements to prevents business disruptions and ensure continuity. Manage user creation and permissions in multiple third party applications. Define, build, test, document and deploy custom automated scripts to help support an efficient work environment for end users. Ensure application version control, proper documentation and communications accompany application changes. Responsible for application/system research and analysis, including data analyses for investor transmission files, and release testing. Coordinate testing effort with the release schedule. Maintain ongoing project management, system maintenance and documentation of all development according to established IT standards. Prepare progress reports and communicate current status and goals to management. Implement off-the-shelf and custom built solutions for the mortgage servicing industry, including automated invoicing and disbursement, tax, hazard insurance, and mortgage insurance interfaces, bankruptcy and foreclosure referral interfaces, and credit bureau reporting.

What your background should be

Prior experience in the mortgage industry is preferred. Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels. Show the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional environment. Ability to work effectively under very broad direction with minimal supervision. Ability to motivate teammates and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal and team building skills. Excellent time management and project planning/strategizing skills. Solid process and gap analysis skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
