Mountain Shopkeeper (Outdoors)

What you'll be doing: The successful candidate will offer friendly service to customers by responding to their needs and questions ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Incumbent will strive to attain daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational goals. S/he will maintain the merchandise and visual presentation standards throughout the store. S/he will also assist with the daily operational functions of the department. The successful candidate will assist with merchandising and floor moves. Attend product clinics as required.

What your background should be: A varied schedule will include day, evening and weekend shifts. Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and be driven to satisfy customers. Strong communication skills. Ability to suggestively sell and be persuasive. Passionate about your interests as relate to the outdoors and fishing. Retail experience preferred. Bilingual always a plus.
