What you'll be doing
- Assist in designing and implementing a data driven school improvement planning framework; research on best practices and processes for effective implementation. Work productively and positively with district staff, students, parents, and patrons. Monitor student progress and promote student achievement for all students. Possess knowledge about professional learning communities and data teams. Participate in staff and curriculum development activities; strong instructional leadership, collaborative, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Perform other job-related duties and functions as required and assigned.
What your background should be
- Five years of successful teaching experience. Strong motivational skills.
