What you'll be doing
- The organization is currently looking for a process engineering manager. Oversees the activities related to the technical support and sustaining engineering functions in a product manufacturing area. Plans and directs implementation of equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. Acts as engineering liaison with product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
What your background should be
- At least 5 years of work experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is required. Effective oral and written skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft suits. Proficiency in computer.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
