What you'll be doing
- Provides friendly, prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service. Promote sales by assisting guests and offering suggestions. Assigns employees to specific duties in absence of store manager. Supervises employees engaged in sales work. Operates cash register. Orders merchandise to replenish stock on hand. Answers customer's complaints or inquiries. Locks and secures store. Checks identification of customers and enforces age requirements. Insures compliance with the beverage laws. Attends regularly scheduled meetings as required. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management if required.
What your background should be
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be detail oriented. Proficient with MS Suite, advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and interact with executive level leadership.
