What you'll be doing

Develop and manage the information security compliance program in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines for over 160 NS locations. Collaborate with IT and department management to ensure the security compliance program meets the needs of the organization, is effectively communicated and is monitored appropriately. Lead a team of security compliance professionals in the creation of the security compliance program and adoption of new technologies to ensure successful implementation.

What your background should be

Five years IT security experience, three years healthcare experience and three years of management experience. Position also requires excellent analytical and communication skills and outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Required Schooling / Training

BS. degree in business, IT security, information systems or related field.
