What you'll be doing

Support director of sales and marketing including travel arrangements, managing the calendar and any administrative needs. Prepare and manage all sales performance tracking tools including weekly gateway reports, monthly event tracking charts, monthly sales performance metrics. Work closely with Finance to review weekly collections reports, PO request issues, and payment term approvals. Maintain the sales database, including recording all new sales and changes to contacts within the database. Provide customer service for all exhibit clients and prospects. Provide administrative support of all client records for sales history, invoicing and show logistics including tracking incoming paperwork, and maintaining customer files in database. Coordinate e-mail marketing activity for sales and assist in analyzing results of marketing campaigns.

What your background should be

1 to 2 years of business experience required preferably related to sales and/or marketing coordination. Advanced level IT skills, Excel/Word and Powerpoint. Excellent keyboard skills. Familiarity with database applications. Project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Advance high school degree.
