What you'll be doing

Responsible for the on-boarding process of all sales associates. Conduct thorough company orientation of all new associates. Insure consistency with progressive discipline. Monitor and maintain hourly time reporting issues through kronos. Partner with associates and management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints directly with corporate HR. Tracking and selection of candidate through taleo. Conducting face to face interviews with prospective candidate. Training management on interview and hiring practices. Must be able to effectively work with people in the sales department and any other department in the company. Other duties as assigned by manager.

What your background should be

HR work experience required; minimum of 4 years. Previous experience in Lawson, Taleo, AS400, Adobe, and Microsoft Office preferred. Must have a complete understanding of benefits, policies and procedures as well as Federal, and State Laws. Must be able to communicate with associates regarding company benefits, policies, and procedures. Must be able to effectively work with people in the HR department and any other internal/external department in the company. Must be willing to travel, as required. Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

College education in human resources or equivalent.
