What you'll be doing
- Manage incoming phone calls from customers, case managers, & HSRs by responding to requests, assisting with inquiries, attending to complaints and concerns immediately or transferring callers to appropriate departments as warranted in order facilitating satisfactory resolution. Interact with all parties in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner, at all times. Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. Initiate communications, as needed, to secure additional information for the timely resolution of customer questions, issues, and complaints. Deliver prepared sales and enrollment scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service. Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls following up on leads produced from the company client activities, meeting or exceeding enrollment and retention targets.
What your background should be
- This position requires minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred. The candidate must have a positive attitude. Should have the ability to think and respond quickly in a fast-paced work environment and should be detail-oriented.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma required, some college degree preferred.
