What you'll be doing

Responsible for working with hiring managers and HRBPS each year to review organizational workforce planning and to create a proactive recruiting plan for the upcoming year. Responsible for the full life cycle of sourcing and interviewing. Sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing mid-senior level applicants for current and future roles within the organization per agreement with hiring manager. Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with account managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Maintaining excellent communication and relationships with hiring managers, HRBPS, and networks to ensure best-fit hiring. Creating talent pipelines for potential vacancies in future with necessity to elevate organizational potential. Creating candidate pipelines for most recurring vacancies.

What your background should be

Must have 4 to 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, i.e., sourcing, interviewing (phone, video and face to face), extending offers of employment and new hire on boarding. Must have proven success and high comfort level using both traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques. Must have proven success with using creative sourcing and networking techniques to source candidates. Must have experience dealing with and understanding compensation and benefit packages in order to communicate and negotiate with candidates.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree required.
