What you'll be doing
- Oversee the human capital supply chain of new sailors recruited into the US navy and work to flow them efficiently through the various training pipelines, assisting the navys manpower. Apply mathematical, business, or financial, data analysis and MPTE expertise, including service as an officer or senior enlisted at OPNAV N1, NRC, BUPERS Millington, NPC, or NETC. Leverage interpersonal and leadership expertise in a diverse environment comprised of military, GS and other contractors within the client organization and across the manpower. Access and manipulate navy IT systems and data, organize and analyze data from systems. Creates presentations involving data, improve and develop business rules, and develop key corporate metrics used to visualize and inform decision, impacting the navy human capital supply chain and supporting processes.
What your background should be
- Experience with data manipulation, analysis and work experience with microsoft office, including excel and access ability to multi task and organized. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities.
Required Schooling / Training
- BA or BS degree. MBA or MA or MS degree in a business related field is preferred.
