What you'll be doing
- Responsible to drive revenue growth and achieve maximum profitability within assigned branch territory through successful leadership and execution of all branch operation strategies. Manage P/L to meet or exceed plan. Develop plans and procedures with a focus on safety and profitability and will work with the regional manager to implement these plans. Work with inside sales manager and outside sales manager to support and coach sales representatives assigned to branch. Build and maintain key customer relationships and association memberships within the local market operations. Create culture of safety first with daily focus on safety procedures and ensures all safety policies are being followed. Ensure branch meets all OSHA, DOT, state and local safety regulations. Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement changes within the branchs operations.
What your background should be
- Must have 5 years of recent operations management experience in leasing, industrial, construction or related industry. Experience managing P&L and proven track record of profitability and continuous improvement. Possesses sound business acumen with demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to make quick business decisions. Recent experience in operations with knowledge of DOT, OSHA and state specific safety regulations preferred. Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
