What you'll be doing
- Accurate and timely preparation of all mortgage files for submission to underwriting. Order and obtain necessary documents. Preparation of closing documents. Follows all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements that are appropriate for processing and closing loans. Data integrity, delivery fee and post closing accuracy of files prior to and after closing. Disburse the file after closing and ship to secondary department within established time frames. Answering client inquiries fully and completely.
What your background should be
- Modest typing skills. PC experience necessary. Knowledge of metavante loan system helpful. Previous mortgage experience preferred. Must be comfortable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- High school degree
