What you'll be doing

As a meat cutter, candidate will be responsible for working closely with store manager, assistant store managers, and meat market manager in order to create company environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. The meat cutter will actively engage and educate customers about company's meat and seafood products. The meat cutter will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with department employees and company customers. The meat cutter will lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit company stores.

What your background should be

Previous meat cutting experience (meat, poultry, pork, and seafood) in the retail or restaurant industry. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. Demonstrated multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees.
