What you'll be doing
- Workout program budgets (investments, tools and piece costs), control, and achieve program/platform targets from nomination until sop+90 days/plants sign off. Set-up and control timing plans for assigned programs. Initiate, control, and execute program related changes acc. to ECR processes agreed with Kautex management. Support financial tracking process in sales. Write status reports (G, Y, and R) for programs assigned, ensure APQP process will be followed and provide documentation in gate review. Take over APQP and PE tasks for smaller programs or modifications on production programs. Define and implement targets for the assigned programs or platforms to support customer and company goals and HR requirements. Ensure, coordinate, and document program related information flow with all internal and external departments and pass/control work packages and tasks to the assigned departments and members of the program team. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Product development experience of 1year an asset. PMI advanced training, and PLM system usage experience. Understanding of customer specific requirements (customer processes, timing, quality, specifications, payment, purchasing conditions).
Required Schooling / Training
- University degree (engineering focus preferable).
