What your background should be

Must have six to 10 years of relevant experience. Adaptable to changing situations and flexible with schedule. Must have recent technical training; Microsoft exchange server, Novell or Cisco certification is a plus. Must be able to apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations. Must have solid understanding of current hardware, software, and operating systems.

Required Schooling / Training

General education degree.
