Business Analyst

What you'll be doing: The business analyst (BA) will be responsible for delivering and documenting both systems and process changes to the teams within capital markets trading. The BA will be responsible for completing project deliverables across all phases of a project, including eliciting and documenting requirements, completing test planning and execution and communicating status updates to leaders across the organization. Analyze complex processes and systems across all areas in capital markets trading. Elicit and document requirements from business partners. Work with vendors and technology to implement new or enhanced systems. Create test plans and test scripts as well as execute user acceptance testing. Establish and maintain strong relationships across Capital Markets Trading and its business partners. Communicate status and drive decisions to project owners and stakeholders. Monitor and test vendor driven system changes. Define and document process changes. Manage risks and issues that may arise with projects, collaborating with owners and stakeholders to ensure resolution.
