What you'll be doing
- This will be a hands on position that has duties in both an office and manufacturing environment. This candidate will perform part inspections and receiving inspections. Deals with all customer/supplier issues. Performs internal audits (5-8 a quarter) as well as program maintenance. Provides statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and samples. Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations. Responsible for all PFMEA, PQCT, or PPAP documentation. Interacts with multiple departments.
What your background should be
- Must have PPAP experience. Must have ISO and TS 16949 training/experience. Customer interaction experience.
