What you'll be doing

Oversee and manage the processing of all donations and the recording of this information in company CRM database, adhering to established financial rules with all supporting documentation. Support the development reconciliation and annual audit process. Steward donors with thank you notes and phone calls, ensuring that all correspondence is conducted in a timely manner. Provide donor database entry and administration, including call report entry, ownership changes and alignment, pipeline updates, and other items as requested. Coordinate public funding stream and required reporting. Create and run reports to track gifts and monitor progress to development goals. Create and maintain inventory of fundraising materials such as thank you notes and pledge envelopes. Support other development projects as requested.

What your background should be

Minimum 1-2 years of related professional work experience is preferred. 1-2 years of demonstrated event planning experience a plus. Must have excellent organizational and written skills. Exceptional customer service skills with excellent follow up and follow through. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
