What you'll be doing
- Managing software projects through all phases of the development life cycle, including; initiation, requirements and specifications, design, development, testing, installation and post implementation review (regardless of methodology). Identifying, understanding and defining system(s) impacts/dependencies and ensuring that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes. Translating business requirements into application/system solutions, prepare backlogs, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements and system interaction diagrams. Being the primary point of contact with internal clients/stakeholders for assigned software projects (project strategy/vision, direction, scope, risks and changes). Facilitating project ceremonies and developing scrum reports and artifacts to include; velocity charts, burn-down charts, sprint retrospective commitment logs and demonstration presentations. Guiding a matrixed team on how to use agile/scrum practices and values to delight internal customers.
What your background should be
Required Schooling / Training
- BS/BA in related field.
