What you'll be doing

Identifying and qualifying potential candidate through telephone networking, print materials and online information resources. Participate in shaping the search assignment roadmap with the project team, including identification of possible headhunting grounds and allocation of tasks. Assist partners in accessing candidate relevant for active search assignments. Attend kick-off meetings and attend client briefings/conference calls when appropriate. Track leading professional services and TMT organizations in order to keep abreast of market trends and generate useful intelligence for both project delivery and business development purposes. Assist partners in business development efforts by providing necessary research and support. Accurately code all database entries. Participate in special projects as necessary.

What your background should be

The applicant should have experience in related field. Must have multi-tasking ability. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong ability to communicate in verbal and written.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
