What you'll be doing

The primary responsibility of the inside sales representative (ISR) position is to make outbound calls to people across the country. Work in a performance driven environment with daily goals for each project. Take direction for all center management team and maintains a positive, motivated attitude. Follow the provided/trained, client-approved messaging each and every call on each and every project. Follow a proven sales process. Use appropriate transition phrases as required. Meet and maintain project goals for each and every project. Accept all coaching and counseling with a positive attitude. Continually demonstrate interest in and motivation for all programs that are active on the call center floor. Manage personal appearance to dress code standards. Other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Outbound call center experience a plus. Strong communication (sales) and persuasion skills; good telephone techniques and skills. Ability to take direction, follow through and multi-task; ability to work under pressure and meet changing requirements in a fast paced environment. Basic computer skills required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma and or some college a plus.
