What you'll be doing

Coordinates, develops, and disseminates information, referral, outreach, and assistance regarding benefits and entitlements to family members and significant others of deployed army reserve soldiers. Utilizes points of contact lists or resource guide to provide family members with resources in a timely manner. Meets a weekly call volume goal. Conducts weekly outbound calls to family members as assigned. Conducts research and analysis as required to facilitate resolution to problems or issues presented by soldiers and family members. Coordinates resolution efforts with command based family programs staff as well as military, community, faith based and other available resources. Performs other duties as assigned by management if required.

What your background should be

Excellent oral communication skills. Must have military knowledge. Excellent Microsoft Word skills. Ability to obtain and retain a secret security clearance; therefore, must be U.S. citizen. Ability to interact confidently with individuals and groups of any size. Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as a team member.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or G.E.D.
