What you'll be doing
- Provide service to customers and answer the questions and inquiries via phones, e-mails and faxes. Assist customer service manager in contacting clients on a regular basis. Have excellent etiquette skills by creating a positive rapport on the telephone and be able to adapt to a variety of personalities on the phone. Assist with office clerical duties: ordering office supplies, booking travel, planning events, filing, organizing collateral, etc. Show room representative: be able to assist the clients in the process of product selection with energy & enthusiasm.
What your background should be
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to multi-task. Computer proficiency. Ability to work independently. Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others. Be able to work flexible hours, including Saturday.
