What you'll be doing
- Provide highly-valued strategic consulting/change management processes to LOBs and marketing to help execute sales strategies. Proactively serve as primary point of contact from ESA for LOB executives, managers and key contacts. Facilitate needs assessment sessions with LOB leaders to uncover pain points, revenue drivers, market conditions, overall business models/strategies, barriers and change management concerns. Lead internal ESA sessions that generate modeling, process, campaigns, business intelligence reporting, research, training and communications design solutions. Obtain LOB acceptance/approval of ESA solution through written and verbal presentations and one-to-one discussions with appropriate LOB representative. Drive the implementation of approved technology, training and communications solutions with LOBs and cross-functional teams. Present final results of solutions. Champion continued growth and adoption of sales technology platforms (e.g. business intelligence tools, crm systems, marketing automation and modeling). Champion utilization and growth of training, communication and leadership sponsorship related to sales strategies for the enterprise.
What your background should be
- Five years of relevant financial services or consulting experience, with a broad range of exposure to varying business models. Ability to effectively manage competing interests, multiple priorities and work under pressure. Ability to effectively lead personnel and/or cross-functional teams. Ability to influence, challenge and present concept/ideas at the executive level. Strong client focus and relationship building skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
