What you'll be doing
- This is a full-time position with the company. The system designer measures system locations, completes estimates of solar exposure, and performs shade analyses of system locations. Design will be completed through a combination of field work and computer modeling. This job requires local travel and getting on roof tops. Candidate must not be afraid of heights as well as visiting system locations, taking roof top measurements, solar trajectory, shading and learning to use solar equipment. Will work primarily throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Performs other tasks as assigned.
What your background should be
- Excellent computer skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Efficient time management must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently, including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines. Valid driving license company vehicle will be provided for travel to job sites, but applicants should have their own vehicle for travel to/from office.

- Associate degree
