What you'll be doing

Reviews and comprehends job orders and verifies stock inventory and used as specified. Detail oriented and accurate; highly organized and possess the ability to track multiple projects at a time. Need to meet internal team and external client deadlines. Review electronic files that are received from designer staff and check them for thoroughness and completeness in advance of the printing process. Loads the specified substrate on machines. Completes in-process inspections; follows work instructions, workflow standards, and control plan. Monitors assign machine adjusting speed, temperature, ink flow, and positions of products to ensure machine is maintaining the proper registration and proper cut and scoring specifications. Perform machine trouble-shooting and make adjustments to correct quality or efficiency. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations including housekeeping standards.

What your background should be

Ability to operate with a low margin of error and ability to maintain color within acceptable tolerance levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Maintain positive attitude even when things get hectic. Excellent attention to detail. Must be required to be cross trained on other production positions. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements.
