What you'll be doing

The candidate shall report to the company head of tax with additional reporting responsibilities. The candidate shall serve the primary role of managing global tax research and planning matters, and providing strong project support. Optimizing global tax structure. Treasury cash management support and repatriation planning. M&A tax diligence, structuring, and integration. Transfer pricing support. General tax research and planning. Impact of legislative developments / changes on global taxes. Providing oversight to the company team on international tax provision and compliance. Supporting the business by effectively managing and communicating tax implications of various business development projects. Working closely with treasury, accounting and legal departments as part of a cohesive team so as to achieve the companys goals and objectives.

What your background should be

Experience including but not limited to Subpart F, repatriation of earnings, foreign tax credit planning. Working knowledge of transfer pricing. Proficient technical skills in structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows. Experience in a large corporate environment, public accounting firm or law firm. Excellent communication skills. Ability to perform critical analysis, prioritize and problem solve. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster a collaborative, team environmentStrong organizational skills.
