What you'll be doing

Planning and executing company-wide team member events. Serving as the project coordinator for these events by developing overall plan, timelines, marketing and communication plans. Partnering with internal departments and external partners / vendors during planning and throughout execution. Responsible for the administration of team member services activities to include team member perks and savings programs, service anniversary and recognition programs, and updates internal communication boards. Supporting other HR-related functions to include distribution of team member evaluations, maintaining employment files, and support of HR reception area. Assisting with applicant screening, background check processing, and facilitation of new hire orientation. Understanding and actively participating in environmental, health & safety responsibilities by following established WnW policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Performing other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

1-3 year experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Florida driving license. Microsoft Office, customer representative experience, Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Electronic Mail, Excel. Strong guest relations skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, manage confidential information while displaying a high degree of tact; effective problem solving and communication skills required.
