What you'll be doing

Play a lead role in the development and maintenance of key product subsystems performing software design, implementation, and testing tasks. Actively influence the evolution of product capabilities/functions. Actively influence the use of specific technologies/products in the development of HighView. Actively influence software development processes to ensure optimal performance and usability. Work with product adopters in the development of custom software solutions based on HighView. Mentor junior program staff in the software engineering work.

What your background should be

Experience working in environments with formal software process methodologies and tools for source code control and issue tracking. Experience with .NET and Oracle is highly desirable. Other technologies currently in use include jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, Java, JavaFX, and Angular. Experience with HTML 5, Objective-C/iOS, Android, Lucene, Solr, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases helpful. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Product development experience is highly desirable.
