What you'll be doing

Ensure the coordination of resident move-ins, move-outs, day-to-day administration and needs of the residents are met. Work with reporting accountant to ensure all financial information has been entered and accounted for appropriately to produce consistent and accurate financial reporting. Maintain resident administrative files. Assist executive director and reporting accountant in developing annual admin budgets. Pay bills and take discounts offered. Pay taxes when required. Work with director of HR to ensure compliance of COBRA, FMLA and other regulatory issues. Supply requested information to owner, CEO, CFO, reporting accountant, accounting firms, auditors, etc.. Collect accounts receivable and prevent past due accounts. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and summaries as needed or requested. Work with third-party payers. Maintain professional confidentiality. Other duties as required.

What your background should be

Applicant should have sales experience is preferred. Valid driving license with a driving record. Basic computer skills. Multi tasking ability. Skill in operating a personal computer with word processing, spreadsheet, and data base software and other standard office equipment.
